The easy way to rent a shared flat room.

The desired shared apartment room can be rented via instant booking and the lenght of the stay can be determined by the renter. After the booking and an introductory phase, a multi-year lease agreement can be made between the landlord and the tenant. The shared apartment room can be booked for up to one year and no security deposit is required.
